Recipient is responsible for any local import duties or VAT incurred upon arrival. Each shipment includes an official invoice to ensure professional customs processing.

Since our objects are original vintage artifacts (mid-20th century or older), natural signs of age (patina) are an inherent part of their value. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us at ask@mingei1926.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the box and object for an immediate resolution.
