Ten years ago, Kumamoto was struck by one of the strongest
earthquakes in Japan's recorded history.
On July 28, it happened again. Magnitude 7.1.
Some of the towns hit hardest this time
were still rebuilding from the last one.

We have selected specimens from the archive.
Everything except shipping and payment fees
goes to the Japanese Red Cross Society
for earthquake relief in Kumamoto. All of it.

Between July 29 and August 20,
14 specimens found guardians in 6 countries.
On August 20, ¥118,000 was sent
to the Japanese Red Cross Society
for earthquake relief in Kumamoto.
The official receipt from the Red Cross
will be shared on Instagram when it arrives.
